This was given to me as advice by a old clan member who's clan I tried out for.

"One simple phrase..."stand for something".  By this I mean you have to have a goal, a vision in mind of exactly what you want your clan to end up like.  You then set up standards, policies, rules and a structure that lend themselves to achieving that vision.  You then don't waver from that vision or the things that will get you there.  Allowing things to run in a democratic fashion is fine as long as you have people who are like minded in the clan with you.  On occasion though there will be disagreements on how something should run....and you should NEVER compromise on the importance of your goals for democracy's sake or to keep others happy.  You have to do what you feel to be right regardless of what other think or if it will cost you members.  It is far better to have a small core of clan members who share your vision and help you achieve it then it is to have to lower your standards or give up your vision just so you can have a large roster.  This is exactly how and why BFM is what it is today.  You ever heard the phrase "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything"?  It's true."

He's right its true. We have a purpose! That is too not recruit those that are the best but to give those that are not good enough to get recruited a chance to improve and grow in a clan/community were skill does not matter but who you are. Clan rules will be posted soon in the rules section so be looking for them! :)

Soon we will have videos on the site! I don't know when or what about. Heck I still need the programs. But be checking in bout a month for one!

So were growing we have comics that are up! Thanks to Ian7 and Lemon. This summer we looking to become closer as a clan form trust in each other and play together a lot on Halo mostly. But hey leave a shout out in the Guest book and we'll consider you.

We are a clan called Scrubs. We take what the other clans don't want. Give us your noobs, rtards, hopeless gamers, and moderate but not just good enough to get into a clan. We recruit on the person not on skill (although skill does help). As for this site many additions will be coming from entertainment to chances to join up!
